2010-2013 LCCMR online workshop on Pollinator Conservation!

We developed an online workshop on pollinator conservation for education credits for University of Minnesota Extension Master Gardener. Other groups have been contacted, such as Master Naturalist and Minnesota Nursery and Landscape Association, for use.

How to use the slides shows:

1. Make sure the sound on your computer and speakers/headphones are both turned on.

2. Download or open the presentation with Microsoft PowerPoint.

3. There are different versions of PowerPoint; if you do not hear the sound, we recommend that you view the presentation as a full screen slide show.

4. Manually advance slides in slide show mode by hitting "enter" or clicking the mouse.

5. Audio will automatically advance after slide advances (forward only) after a slight pause.

6. Double click the sound icon to play individual slides from normal view within PowerPoint.

7. You may present these slide shows for educational purposes; however, we are not supplying written notes on each slide.

8. Send your own workshop evaluations to pests@umn.edu.

Read materials, take the quiz, and pass along knowledge on how to conserve bees, butterflies, and beneficial insects!
